Terms of Use
1. Provider and scope
The service ChainXSpectra (“we”, “the service”) is provided by ChainXSpectra © 2026. The operator is based in Asia. Questions about these terms: info@chainxspectra.io.
These terms apply to every use of the website, the dashboards, the reports and the interfaces of ChainXSpectra. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
2. Description of the service
ChainXSpectra collects publicly available and partner-supplied data about crypto projects, such as positions, deposits, withdrawals, fees and user counts, and derives figures, scores, alerts and reports from it. Data is shown from the latest stored snapshot or from a live pull and can change at any time.
Sample projects on the public page are invented examples and do not describe real projects.
3. No advice
Nothing in the service is investment, legal, tax or other professional advice, an offer, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Scores and risk levels are automated indicators, not statements of fact about a project or its operators.
You decide on your own responsibility and should seek independent professional advice where needed.
4. No warranty for data and analyses
Data comes from third-party sources and can be incomplete, delayed, wrong or unavailable. We give no warranty for accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose, and no warranty that the service runs without interruption or error.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the service or from reliance on its data and analyses, including lost profits, trading losses and indirect or consequential damages.
Mandatory liability that cannot be excluded by law remains unaffected.
6. Sanctions and embargoes
The service may not be used by or for the benefit of persons, companies or organisations that are subject to sanctions or embargoes of the European Union, the United Nations, the United States (including OFAC lists) or other applicable sanctions regimes, or that are owned or controlled by such persons.
Use is also prohibited for persons who are resident in, located in, or organised under the law of a country or territory that is subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargoes, or that we have blocked. We may update the list of blocked countries at any time.
We exclude sanctioned users from the service. Accounts that break this section are blocked or closed without notice.
7. Not available in the EU / EEA
The service is not intended for persons who live in, or companies that have their seat in, the European Union or the European Economic Area. Use of the service there is prohibited.
If we learn that an account is used in breach of this section, we block the account.
8. Accounts and duties
An account needs a valid email address and a password. You keep the password private, you are responsible for everything done through your account, and you tell us promptly if you suspect misuse. Information you give must be correct.
Do not circumvent access limits, do not scrape the service in bulk, do not interfere with its operation, and do not resell or publish its data without permission. A username is stored once for referrals and is not overwritten later.
9. Credits and payment
Parts of the service use credits, licenses and unlocks at the prices shown at checkout. Payment is made in cryptocurrency, in particular USDT, to the deposit address shown at checkout. Network fees are yours. An upgrade costs the price difference. A downgrade is not available. Live mode spends credits while the live area is visible.
Payments are final. There is no refund of paid credits or licenses, except where the law requires one.
10. Termination and blocking
You can stop using the service at any time. We may block or close an account, with or without notice, if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the service or other users.
11. Changes
We may change the service and these terms. The version published on this page applies. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new version.
12. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law that applies at the operator’s seat, to the extent mandatory consumer protection rules do not provide otherwise.
